Is purchasing secure?
Your credit card information is not stored for security reasons and will have to be rekeyed each time you place a purchase with us.

How do I place an order?
The ordering process is simple. Browse the site and find the product(s) you wish to purchase. Press the AddToCart button for each product you wish to purchase. After you have chosen all the products you wish to purchase select the MyCart link at the top of the page or proceed to checkout after adding an item to the cart.
Make sure all the products in the shopping cart are indeed the products you want. Choose the type of delivery that suits you. Fill in all your personal information in the order form and press submit. Save your order number. After the order is received and payment processing is complete we will send an order confirmation to your e-mail. As soon as the product is ready for shipment you will receive a package delivery confirmation with the appropriate shipping tracking numbers.

Returns, General Returns and Refunds Information
Gift Returns: We are happy to accept returns of gifts within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a gift certificate refund to the gift recipient at the same address to which the order was shipped. Be sure to include either your packing slip or the e-mail address and name of the person who gave you the gift. (Do not worry-we won’t let them know about your return)
Returns: Indicate the reason for your return and the order number on your packing slip and include it with your return. Wrap the package securely and write our address clearly. In order to avoid customs delays or tax tolls on the sender, it is suggested to
Send via air mail only.
Declare that it is a returned package.
Do not declare a value.

Refunds/Exchanges: We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Exchanges will be offered for defective products only.

How can I cancel an order?
Orders made can be cancelled at any time unless they have already been sent. After the order is made, an order confirmation is e-mailed to the customer. Once that message is sent until the order is shipped the products pass through a shipment preparation process. The process takes from 1 to 5 business days. When the package is sent to the client a package delivery message is e-mailed. You may cancel an order up until the time you receive that message, beyond that time, no cancellations will be accepted.

Can I join the affiliate program if I do not have a website?
You certainly can. An individual or organization can place a textual link in an e-mail. This is particularly good for Synagogues, organizations or groups that send out newsletters or e-mails to a mailing list. You can also include the link to all e-mails, personnel or business that you send out. Anyone that clicks on the link and orders is your customer.

What is the recommended Viewing Settings?
